Massachusetts High School Softball - Revere bounces Northeast Metro RVT
April 26, 2024: Wakefield, MA 01880 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Revere Patriots (Revere, MA) and the host Northeast Metro RVT Knights (Wakefield, MA), witnessed Revere's softball squad prevail over Northeast Metro RVT by a count of 16-3.
The Patriots now sport a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Lynn English for a Greater Boston match on Monday, April 29. Revere will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Saugus (Saugus, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Northeast Metro RVT moves to 2-2 on the season. The Knights travel to Winthrop (Winthrop, MA) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Monday, April 29. The Vikings go into the match with a record of 1-7. Winthrop lost 22-5 in their recent league match against Swampscott (Swampscott, MA)
