Washington High School Softball - Davis bounces Eisenhower
April 27, 2022: Yakima, WA 98902 The Davis Pirates routed the visiting Eisenhower Cadets softball squad by a count of 13-3 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Pirates (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Wenatchee (Wenatchee, WA). The Panthers go into the 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Wenatchee topped Davis (Yakima, WA), 17-2, in a non-league battle.
The Cadets now sport a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Eastmont for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 battle on Tuesday, May 3. Eisenhower will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 9-2 league win over Sunnyside (Sunnyside, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-3.
