April 27, 2024: Fall River, MA 02720 The Durfee Hilltoppers baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Taunton Tigers to 2 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Hilltoppers (8-2) will now prepare for their match against Bishop Stang (North Dartmouth, MA). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Bishop Stang was edged by St. Mary's (Lynn, MA), 7-3, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (9-3) will now prepare for their match against Oliver Ames (North Easton, MA). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Oliver Ames tipped Sharon (Sharon, MA), 7-2, in a league match.
