Massachusetts High School Baseball - Durfee defeats Taunton
June 5, 2024: Taunton, MA 02780 Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Taunton Tigers (Taunton, MA), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Durfee upgrades its record to 19-5 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Xaverian Brothers (Westwood, MA) to battle the Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, June 8. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 15-7. Xaverian Brothers won 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA)
With the defeat, Taunton falls to 19-5 on the season.
