Mississippi High School Softball - New Hope topped by Neshoba Central
April 29, 2023: Columbus, MS 39702 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS) softball team overwhelmed the host New Hope Trojans (Columbus, MS), by a margin of 10-0.
With the triumph, Neshoba Central moves its record to 22-3 on the year. The Rockets travel to Lafayette (Oxford, MS) to play the Commodores in a non-league contest on Friday, May 5. The Commodores come into the contest with a record of 18-11. Lafayette won 5-3 in their recent non-league contest against West Point (West Point, MS)
