North Carolina High School Baseball - Central Academy sneaks past Anson
April 29, 2025: Monroe, NC 28112 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC) and the visiting Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC), saw Central Academy's baseball team get by Anson by a tally of 2-1.
The Cougars (11-14) will now prepare for their battle against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts enter the non-league battle with a 17-6 record. In their last battle, West Stanly held off West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC), 15-1, in a non-league battle.
