Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Seventy-First Falcons (Fayetteville, NC), 14-3 in a league match.

With the triumph, Gray's Creek advances its record to 15-8 on the season. The Bears host Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC) to battle the Colts in a non-league match on Thursday, May 1. The Colts come into the match with a record of 16-9. Cape Fear won 20-12 in their recent non-league match against Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC)

The Falcons now have a 4-18 record.
