Virginia High School Softball - Page County sneaks past Central Woodstock
April 29, 2025: Woodstock, VA 22664 The Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) softball nipped the host Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Panthers now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clarke County for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 1. Page County will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV). The Eagles record now stands at 7-6.
With the loss, Central Woodstock moves to 13-1 on the season. The Falcons host James Wood (Winchester, VA) to encounter the Colonels in a Northwestern outing on Thursday, May 1. The Colonels come into the outing with a record of 10-4. James Wood won 5-0 in their recent non-league outing against Strasburg (Strasburg, VA)
