In Tuesday's non-league test, the West Central Area Knights (Barrett, MN) softball squad the host Minnewaska Area Lakers (Glenwood, MN), by a count of 9-7.

Next, the Knights meet the Sauk Centre Mainstreeters (Sauk Centre, MN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 6. West Central Area will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.

The Lakers (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Osakis (Osakis, MN). The Silverstreaks go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, Osakis by Eden Valley-Watkins (Eden Valley, MN), 12-2, in a non-league test.
