Bishop Snyder Cardinals (Jacksonville, FL) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting St. Johns Country Day Spartans (Orange Park, FL), 16-1 in a league game.

With the triumph, Bishop Snyder improves its record to 12-5 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Fernandina Beach (Fernandina Beach, FL) to play the Pirates in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 8. The Pirates enter the game with a record of 4-9. Fernandina Beach won 11-1 in their recent non-league game against Bolles (Jacksonville, FL)

The Spartans now hold a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Harvest Community for a non-league game on Friday, April 4.
