Virginia High School Soccer - Tabb nudges York
April 30, 2024: Yorktown, VA 23693 Tabb Tigers (Yorktown, VA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting York Falcons (Yorktown, VA), 1-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Lafayette Rams (Williamsburg, VA) in a Bay Rivers challenge, on Tuesday, May 7. Tabb will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 7-0 league win over Poquoson (Poquoson, VA).
The Falcons now possess a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Grafton for a Bay Rivers challenge on Friday, May 3. York will confront a Clippers team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA). The Clippers record now stands at 2-11.
