Illinois High School Softball - IC Catholic Prep bounces Trinity

April 30, 2026: River Forest, IL 60305

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL) and the host Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL), observed IC Catholic Prep's softball team notch a victory over Trinity by a tally of 21-5.

The Knights (17-3) will now prepare for their bout against Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 10-5 record.

In their next game, the Blazers battle the DePaul College Prep Rams (Chicago, IL) in a GCAC-White bout, on Monday, May 4. Trinity will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 12-11 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Niles West (Skokie, IL).
