The Sullivan County Griffins baseball team (Laporte, PA), was overwhelmed 13-5 in Tuesday's league outing with the visiting Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA)

The Rangers now hold a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake-Lehman for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 5. Northwest Area will confront a Knights team coming off a 17-7 league win over Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.

Next, the Griffins confront the Benton Tigers (Benton, PA) in a Mid-Penn D4 outing, on Wednesday, April 5. Sullivan County will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 12-3 league loss to Millville (Millville, PA).
