Texas High School Softball - Stanton bounces Crane
April 4, 2023: Stanton, TX 79782 Stanton Buffaloes (Stanton, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Crane Cranes (Crane, TX), 22-7 in a league challenge.
The Buffaloes now own a 12-9 record. They take the field next when they host Kermit for a 3A Region I District 4 challenge on Thursday, April 6. Stanton will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 17-2 league loss to Alpine (Alpine, TX). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Crane falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Cranes host Alpine (Alpine, TX) to face the Bucks in a 3A Region I District 4 challenge on Thursday, April 6. The Bucks enter the challenge with a record of 14-7. Alpine won 5-1 in their recent league challenge against Presidio (Presidio, TX)
