April 4, 2025: Providence, RI 02908 The Hope Blue Wave overwhelmed the host Mt. Pleasant Kilties softball squad by a count of 18-1 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Blue Wave play the Narragansett Mariners (Narragansett, RI) in a Division 3 game, on Monday, April 7. Hope will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Mariners enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI).
The Kilties now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rogers for a Division 3 game on Thursday, April 10. Mt. Pleasant will play a Vikings squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Cranston East (Cranston, RI). The Vikings record now stands at 1-2.
