North Carolina High School Lacrosse - New Hanover drops to Hoggard
April 5, 2022: Wilmington, NC 28401 In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Hoggard Vikings lacrosse squad scored a good 9-0 victory over the New Hanover Wildcats.
The Vikings now have a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Ashley for a Mideastern test on Thursday, April 7. Hoggard will face a Screaming Eagle squad coming off a 19-3 league win over North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Screaming Eagle record now stands at 8-1.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC) in a Mideastern test, on Friday, April 8. New Hanover will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Buccaneers come into the test with a 6-2 record after their 11-10 league win over Topsail (Hampstead, NC).
