North Carolina High School Lacrosse - New Hanover drops to Laney
April 8, 2022: Wilmington, NC 28401 Laney Buccaneers (Wilmington, NC) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), 15-1 in a league battle.
The Buccaneers now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Brunswick for a Mideastern battle on Tuesday, April 12. Laney will clash with a Scorpions squad coming off a 13-6 league win over South Brunswick (Southport, NC). The Scorpions record now stands at 4-6.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) in a Mideastern match, on Tuesday, April 12. New Hanover will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
