Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX), 11-1 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 24-5 record. They take the field next when they host McKinney for a 6A Region I District 5 challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Allen will battle a Lions squad coming off a 5-3 league win over Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Lions record now stands at 16-11.

With the loss, Rock Hill falls to 10-11 on the campaign. The Blue hawks host Little Elm (Little Elm, TX) to battle the Lobos in a 6A Region I District 5 challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Lobos enter the challenge with a record of 4-14. Little Elm lost 5-4 in their recent league challenge against Prosper (Prosper, TX)
