Texas High School Softball - White Oak bounces New Diana
April 5, 2024: Diana, TX 75640 White Oak Roughnecks (White Oak, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host New Diana Eagles (Diana, TX), 12-6 in a league challenge.
The Roughnecks now sport a 21-5 record. They take the field next when they host Hughes Springs for a 3A Region II District 15 challenge on Monday, April 8. White Oak will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Gladewater (Gladewater, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 18-10.
With the loss, New Diana falls to 17-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX) to face the Mustangs in a 3A Region II District 15 challenge on Friday, April 12. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 18-10.
