The Pyramid Lake Lakers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Mineral County Serpents to 10 in the Lakers league win on Saturday.

The Lakers now hold a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mineral County for a 1A Northern test on Saturday, April 5. Pyramid Lake will play a Serpents team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Wells (Wells, NV). The Serpents record now stands at 5-6.

With the defeat, Mineral County drops to 6-7 on the year. The Serpents host Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV) to play the Lakers in a 1A Northern test on Saturday, April 5. The Lakers go into the test with a record of 4-6. Pyramid Lake won 17-2 in their recent league test against Carlin (Carlin, NV)
