The Independence Patriots tipped the host Parkwood Wolf Pack lacrosse team by a score of 8-7 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Independence upgrades its record to 3-8 on the season. The Patriots travel to Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Cougars in a Southwestern/So Meck outing on Thursday, April 7. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 11-4. Charlotte Catholic lost 13-11 in their recent non-league outing against Weddington (Matthews, NC)
