New Mexico High School Softball - Espanola Valley bounces Taos
April 6, 2023: Espanola, NM 87532 The Espanola Valley Sundevils routed the visiting Taos Tigers softball squad by a final score of 18-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Sundevils (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Demons go into the non-league battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Santa Fe was routed by Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 21-0, in a league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Moriarty for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 11. Taos will meet a Pintos squad coming off a 30-8 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Pintos record now stands at 3-3.
