The Bunker Hill Bears baseball squad (Claremont, NC), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Monday's non-league contest with the host St. Stephens Indians (Hickory, NC)

With the triumph, St. Stephens moves its record to 12-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Freedom (Morganton, NC) to confront the Patriots in a Northwestern 6A/7A contest on Tuesday, April 14. The Patriots come into the contest with a record of 6-9. Freedom won 7-6 in their recent non-league contest against Patton (Morganton, NC)

The Bears now possess a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Foard for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 7. Bunker Hill will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 19-4 league loss to West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 2-12.
