Maryland High School Softball - Towson bounces Catonsville
April 8, 2024: Towson, MD 21286 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Towson Generals (Towson, MD) and the visiting Catonsville Comets (Baltimore, MD), witnessed Towson's softball squad tip Catonsville by a count of 6-0.
The Generals now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Carver A&T for a non-league match on Friday, April 12. Towson will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 18-3 non-league loss to Dulaney (Timonium, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Catonsville moves to 1-4 on the season. The Comets travel to Sparrows Point (Baltimore, MD) to face the Pointers in a Baltimore County 2 match on Monday, April 15. The Pointers go into the match with a record of 2-6. Sparrows Point lost 8-7 in their recent non-league match against Eastern Tech (Baltimore, MD)
