Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Weddington improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Warriors host Covenant Day (Matthews, NC) to face the Lions in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. The Lions go into the test with a record of 7-1. Covenant Day won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC)

The Knights now own a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Legion Collegiate Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, April 10. Ardrey Kell will face a Lancers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Lancers record now stands at 5-2.
