Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA) followers left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA), 7-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Fort Chiswell moves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA) to battle the Indians in a non-league match on Thursday, April 10.
