The Porter Cowboys softball team scored 2 runs and held the host Pace Vikings to 1 in the Cowboys league win on Tuesday.

The Cowboys now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weslaco East for a 5A Region IV District 32 battle on Friday, April 11. Porter will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 14-1 league win over Donna (Donna, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-4.

With the loss, Pace moves to 9-11 on the season. The Vikings travel to Donna North (Donna, TX) to encounter the Chiefs in a 5A Region IV District 32 battle on Friday, April 11.
