Virginia High School Baseball - Blue Ridge defeats Shenandoah Valley Academy

The Blue Ridge Barons baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars to 5 in the Barons non-league win on Wednesday.

The Barons now own a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Life Christian Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. Blue Ridge will play a Eagles team coming off a 10-3 non-league loss to Trinity Episcopal (Richmond, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-7.

With the defeat, Shenandoah Valley Academy drops to 0-3 on the year. The Stars travel to Front Royal HomeSchool (Front Royal, VA) to play the Flames in a test on Monday, April 21. The Flames go into the test with a record of 2-5.
