In Wednesday's league game, the visiting General McLane Lancers baseball team scored a close 5-4 win over the Cathedral Prep Ramblers.

The Lancers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA). The Bison go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Fort LeBoeuf was tipped by Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA), 12-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Ramblers play the Meadville Bulldogs (Meadville, PA) in a game, on Friday, April 11. Cathedral Prep will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 4-2 record after their 5-4 league win over Erie (Erie, PA).
