In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Homer Pelicans baseball team scored a nice 20-2 win over the Bossier Bearkats.

The Pelicans (17-15) will now prepare for their game against Plain Dealing (Plain Dealing, LA). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 13-11 record. In their last game, Plain Dealing knocked off Southwood (Shreveport, LA), 24-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Bearkats play the Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, LA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 13. Bossier will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 9-10 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Montgomery (Montgomery, LA).
