In Thursday's non-league bout, the Plain Dealing Lions (Plain Dealing, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bossier Bearkats (Bossier City, LA), by a tally of 15-4.

Next up, the Lions encounter the Simsboro Tigers (Simsboro, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 24. Plain Dealing will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Maurepas (Maurepas, LA).
