In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Libertyville Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a good 20-7 triumph over the Vernon Hills Cougars.

The Wildcats (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Mundelein (Mundelein, IL). The Mustangs go into the North Suburban contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Mundelein knocked off Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL), 17-5, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Cougars meet the Northside Mustangs (Chicago, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 12. Vernon Hills will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 4-10 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL).
