Minnesota High School Baseball - Mahtomedi edges St. Thomas Academy
May 12, 2025: Mendota Heights, MN 55120 The Mahtomedi Zephyrs baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host St. Thomas Academy Cadets to 3 in the Zephyrs league win on Monday.
The Zephyrs now own a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they host Tartan for a Classic Suburban test on Wednesday, May 14. Mahtomedi will clash with a Titans team coming off a 5-2 league loss to South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Titans record now stands at 5-13.
With the defeat, St. Thomas Academy drops to 7-9 on the year. The Cadets travel to North (North St. Paul, MN) to clash with the Polars in a Classic Suburban test on Wednesday, May 14. The Polars go into the test with a record of 2-16. North lost 13-5 in their recent league test against Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN)
