In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Winthrop Vikings softball team scored a nice 13-4 win over the Swampscott Big Blue.

The Vikings (6-11) will now prepare for their match against Everett (Everett, MA). The Crimson Tide come into the non-league match with a 8-8 record. In their last match, Everett was routed by Medford (Medford, MA), 16-1, in a league match.
