Arcanum Trojans (Arcanum, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH), 8-0 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 23-4 record. They take the field next when they host Bradford for a Western Ohio Athletic challenge on Saturday, May 14. Arcanum will battle a Railroaders squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Houston (Houston, OH). The Railroaders record now stands at 18-5.

With the loss, Ansonia falls to 9-5 on the campaign.
