Bradford Railroaders (Bradford, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Railroaders now sport a 20-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fayetteville-Perry for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 20. Bradford will face a Rockets squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Cincinnati Country Day (Cincinnati, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 17-6.

With the loss, Ansonia falls to 9-6 on the campaign.
