The Mount Abram Roadrunners baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Mountain Valley Falcons to 6 in the Roadrunners league win on Wednesday.

The Roadrunners now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dirigo for a Class C South test on Friday, May 16. Mount Abram will play a Cougars team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Mountain Valley drops to 3-4 on the year. The Falcons host Traip (Kittery, ME) to play the Rangers in a Class C South test on Saturday, May 17. The Rangers go into the test with a record of 0-7. Traip lost 15-2 in their recent league test against Waynflete (Portland, ME)
