The Madison-Grant Argylls softball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Monroe Central Golden Bears to 3 in the Argylls non-league win on Wednesday.

The Argylls now possess a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elwood for a Central Indiana battle on Thursday, May 15. Madison-Grant will confront a Panthers team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 6-13.

With the loss, Monroe Central moves to 1-18 on the season. The Golden bears travel to Muncie Central (Muncie, IN) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15. The Bearcats come into the battle with a record of 0-16. Muncie Central lost 17-7 in their recent non-league battle against Liberty Christian (Anderson, IN)
