May 15, 2024: Medina, TN 38355 The South Gibson Hornets the visiting Dyer County Choctaws softball squad by a count of 5-1 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Hornets (28-8) will now prepare for their battle against Munford (Munford, TN). The Cougars go into the non-league battle with a 7-15 record. In their last battle, Munford was routed by Brighton (Brighton, TN), 8-6, in a league battle.
The Choctaws now sport a 24-18 record. They play next when they travel to Brighton for a non-league battle on Friday, May 17. Dyer County will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 8-6 league win over Munford (Munford, TN). The Cardinals record now stands at 22-11.
