Virginia High School Softball - James River can't get by Carroll County
May 16, 2024: Hillsville, VA 24343 In Thursday's league contest, the Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) softball team held off the visiting James River Knights (Buchanan, VA), by a margin of 3-2.
With the triumph, Carroll County moves its record to 16-3 on the year. The Cavaliers host Radford (Radford, VA) to clash with the Bobcats in a Three Rivers game on Friday, May 17. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 7-12. Radford won 5-2 in their recent league game against Floyd County (Floyd, VA)
