In Friday's league test, the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) softball squad the visiting Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL), by a count of 5-2.

Next, the Bison meet the Grayslake Central Rams (Grayslake, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 17. Buffalo Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 11-14 season record. The Rams go into the test with a 11-12 record after their 16-6 league win over Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL).
