The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ) and the host Eastern Vikings (Voorhees, NJ), saw Cherokee's baseball team gain a win over Eastern by a tally of 15-5.

The Chiefs (13-13) will now prepare for their battle against Northern Burlington (Columbus, NJ). The Greyhounds enter the non-league battle with a 24-3 record. In their last battle, Northern Burlington was overwhelmed by Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ), 15-7, in a non-league battle.
