New York High School Softball - Bayport-Blue Point edged by Mount Sinai
May 2, 2023: Bayport, NY 11705 In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Mount Sinai Mustangs softball team scored a close 4-3 win over the Bayport-Blue Point Phantoms.
Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Shoreham-Wading River Wildcats (Shoreham, NY) in a Section 11 A-6 outing, on Thursday, May 4. Mount Sinai will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 2-1 record after their 14-4 league win over Rocky Point (Rocky Point, NY).
The Phantoms (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Hampton Bays (Hampton Bays, NY). The Baymen enter the Section 11 A-6 outing with a 1-13 record. In their last outing, Hampton Bays was tipped by Center Moriches (Center Moriches, NY), 16-4, in a league outing.
