The Brandon Valley Lynx softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Spearfish Spartans to 3 in the Lynx league win on Saturday.

The Lynx now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host O'Gorman for a Class AA battle on Tuesday, May 5. Brandon Valley will confront a Knights team coming off a 18-13 league win over Spearfish (Spearfish, SD). The Knights record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Spearfish moves to 0-5 on the season. The Spartans travel to Brookings (Brookings, SD) to confront the Bobcats in a Class AA battle on Friday, May 8. The Bobcats come into the battle with a record of 3-4.
