May 20, 2024: Alton, NH 03809 The Prospect Mountain Timberwolves (Alton, NH) softball routed the visiting Hillsboro-Deering Hillcats (Hillsboro, NH), 13-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Timberwolves (14-0) will now prepare for their bout against Belmont (Belmont, NH). The Red Raiders go into the Division III bout with a 6-12 record.
The Hillcats now possess a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Kearsarge for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 22. Hillsboro-Deering will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Fall Mountain (Langdon, NH). The Cougars record now stands at 3-13.
