Michigan High School Softball - Reed City bounces White Cloud
May 21, 2024: Reed City, MI 49677 Reed City Coyotes (Reed City, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting White Cloud Indians (White Cloud, MI), 7-2 in a league challenge.
The Coyotes now own a 18-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fremont for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 23. Reed City will battle a Packers squad coming off a 19-5 non-league win over Orchard View (Muskegon, MI). The Packers record now stands at 10-7.
With the loss, White Cloud falls to 5-13 on the campaign. The Indians host Newaygo (Newaygo, MI) to battle the Lions in a Central State Activities Association-Gold challenge on Wednesday, May 22. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 17-8. Newaygo lost 6-4 in their recent league challenge against Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI)
