The Lincoln Lynx baseball squad (Council Bluffs, IA), was overwhelmed 8-1 in Thursday's league bout with the visiting Sioux City East Black Raiders (Sioux City, IA)

Next up, the Black Raiders encounter the Unity Christian Knights (Orange City, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 23. Sioux City East will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA).
