Maine High School Baseball - Lisbon wallops Monmouth Academy
May 24, 2025: Lisbon Falls, ME 04252 The Lisbon Greyhounds baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Monmouth Academy Mustangs to 0 in the Greyhounds league win on Saturday.
The Greyhounds now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Winthrop for a Class C South test on Monday, May 26. Lisbon will clash with a Ramblers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Mount Abram (Strong, ME). The Ramblers record now stands at 6-6.
With the defeat, Monmouth Academy drops to 9-5 on the year. The Mustangs host Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Class C South test on Monday, May 26. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 2-11. Hall-Dale lost 10-4 in their recent non-league test against Oak Hill (Sabattus, ME)
