May 28, 2025: Woodbine, IA 51579 In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Woodbine Tigers baseball team scored a close 4-2 victory over the Logan-Magnolia Panthers.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, St. Albert held off Red Oak (Red Oak, IA), 9-3, in a league game.
Next, the Panthers face the Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA) in a Western Iowa game, on Thursday, May 29. Logan-Magnolia will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Sidney (Sidney, IA).
