May 29, 2025: Le Grand, IA 50142 In Thursday's league test, the East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA) softball squad got by the visiting AGWSR Cougars (Ackley, IA), by a tally of 2-1.
Next, the Mustangs clash with the Newton Cardinals (Newton, IA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, June 3. East Marshall will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 3-2 record after their 15-4 league win over Pella Christian (Pella, IA).
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their test against St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record.
